For ladies who are not in the Central Tx area, I would also encourage you to try IDPA in your area. Mike and I work many of the major matches around the country and have made friends all over. We know many of our sister clubs in IDPA are just as friendly and welcoming. They all love to bring new shooters into our sport. If you happen to live in NY or PA, I can tell you there are some GREAT ladies up there that will welcome you with open arms to their clubs. Kitty, Cindy, Melissa and several others in that area are some of our BEST lady ambassadors for bringing women into IDPA. Our Executive Director for IDPA is Joyce Fowler Wilson. She is a tireless proponent of getting more women involved into the shooting sports.
